Batch Meeting After the Grand Alumni Parade

The meeting was presided by the two batch presidents, Engrs. Felix Romero, Jr. and Perpetuo Pastor, Jr. One of the agenda was to discuss the next activity of the SAVS 2nd Grand Alumni Homecoming. What we will do during the Social's Night and 2nd day activity of the reunion.

Opening prayer was led by our Ms. Editha Abad-Barba.

We acknowledged our bakasyonistang batch that went home just to attend this homecoming. Their efforts and tiredness in travelling home and despite their hectic schedule they managed to attend this event. Dai na pigsaro-saro ta kadukol ninda. Siguro next reunion magkakaigwa naman kita nin balikbayan na batch.

We also recognized those first-timers to attend this homecoming. Their presence made the group pleased and glad maski daing ikatao na contributions basta adyan ang presence ninda.

Our sincerest thanks sa mag-agom tang batch na uya mismo nakisumaro satuya - the owner of the Generics Pharmacy – Mr. Dante Santelices & Ms. Lani Ponce - na nag-sponsor kan gabos na t-shirt na ginamit ngonyan. I quote what our president said, “kung dai ang t-shirt na ini dai kitang isusul-ot ngonyan na reunion.”

We appreciate the monetary contributions given by our batchmates. Dai tana ilista uya ta baad mapano ini. Mabalos sana sa gabos tang classmates - they made our participation to SAVS 2nd Grand Alumni Homecoming a huge success.

I want you to remember these sayings:

Gratitude makes sense of our past,
brings peace for today,
and creates a vision for tomorrow.

Let us be grateful to people who makes us happy;
they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossoms.

No one who achieves success does so
without acknowledging the help of others.
The wise and confident acknowledge this help with gratitude.
